The project scope comprised a major program of works addressing disability access for public and private guests, WHS and food safety compliance, and heritage fabric conservation, at Admiralty House.
MBM attended pre-tender meetings providing cost advice and assistance in the formulation of tender schedules, provided tender analysis and reporting, and variation assessment services. MBM’s advice regarding tender schedules assisted OOSGG in obtaining tender submission clarity as well as helping to control post tender project costs. MBMs structuring of the tender schedules greatly assisted in ensuring the project was on budget.
